PlaneCo Prefinished Panels – a decorative plywood overlaid with real wood veneer. PlaneCo Panels™ are prefinished with our exclusive UV coating and come ready-to-use, providing extra convenience during the fabrication process. Multiple wood species are available along with several variations such as; dyed, wire brushed, rough cut and a patented 3D texture finish. Every PlaneCo Panels™ product is a low-formaldehyde, SG Green Label certified product and are Grade-1 Flame retardant.

Non-Toxic
PlaneCo prefinished wood veneered panels are sanded, stained (when applicable), and finished using advanced finishing methods in a controlled environment and thus, can be installed without the exposure of toxic vapors or finishing odors.
Flame Retardant
Conventional lacquer contains highly flammable solvents. Unlike the conventional lacquer, PlaneCo prefinished wood veneered panels are manufactured with special PlaneCo coating technology that giving them the flame retardant property.
PlaneCo Panels has applied strict quality control standards to ensure that thickness should reach a minimum of 0.60 mm. This ensures the best results when wire-brushing and coating to expose the beauty and texture of the wood grain.
Time Saving
There is a significant amount of time saved in project completion as there is no on-site finishing required. Workers only need to paint the edge line with our PlaneCo edging set, eliminating unnecessary material and labor costs.

Q.What is the benefit of PlaneCo panels carrying flame retardant properties?
Traditional coatings have no flame retardant properties, which can increase the magnitude of a fire. However, PlaneCo panels are qualified with Flame Retardancy Grade1, which provides a protective flame retardant function and suppresses the spread of smoke. This means we get more time to evacuate the building in case of a fire, resulting in a safer living environment.
Q.Can I apply PlaneCo Panels flooring/ exteriors / bathrooms?
PlaneCo Panels have a fully coated surface and are moisture resistant. Therefore, it is safe to apply PlaneCo Panels in the dry areas in the bathroom. However, it’s not recommended to apply in exterior as sunlight and moisture may increase the fading speed of the surface veneer. In regards to flooring, PlaneCo Panels are meant to be used in woodwork and wall paneling, hence, are not suitable as flooring materials. Q.Can PlaneCo Products solve the excessive formaldehyde emission issue?
PlaneCo has developed a high molecular deconstruction technique, which is an key factor lowering the emission of formaldehyde. All PlaneCo panels are also certified as F1-grade products in Taiwan, which meets Taiwan national standard CNS8058.Using PlaneCo panels together with other low formaldehyde products can significantly reduce formaldehyde emissions in your home. Resulting in a healthy living environment.

PlaneCo Panels are available in more than 300 options, all items are regularly in stock. Therefore, there is no MOQ requirements in your order, however, low quantity orders tend to have a high shipping costs that may affect the final price.

The standard size of PlaneCo Panels is 2440 mm X 1220 mm (4’x8’), and the thickness is between 3.0 mm to 5.0 mm according to each item. For requirements of longer length, PlaneCo Panels offers end-grain matching panels that can reach up to 9760mm (32’). Some items are also available in 3050mm (10’) upon request.

All PlaneCo Panels have a matching paperbacked veneer products for covering edges, these can be cut to the desired width and length. Prefinished Veneer Edge banding is also available upon request.
Q.What’s the difference between PlaneCo Panels and ECO⁺ Panels?
PlaneCo Panels are made of real wood veneers laid up on plywood, ECO+ Panels are made of non-toxic PP Film laid up on plywood. ECO+ Panels are designed according to the wood grains of PlaneCo Panels, and serve as a cost-effective balance backer that can provide a match on both the interior and exterior of your woodwork.
